Murfreesboro Little Theatre
Since 1962
56 years of continuous community theater....and counting!

You came to this page because you cared!  So, first of all, THANK YOU!

And we apologize if we have misled you, but....

As MLT enters its 56th year of continuous community, it occurs to us:  We have NEVER really made a huge effort to fund raise.  Our last true effort was back in 2012-2013 when our audiences and membership worked together to retire a loan to the City for replacing the Log Cabin's roof - and let us make this clear:  MLT paid for the roof to be replaced, and paid the city back for the loan!  And there are not many non-profits that can claim that!

This year, we are going to get ambitious - and a little selfish.  But really it is for you!

This one is free - it will not cost you a thing!

Amazon will donate .5% of your eligible purchases to MLT,  When you shop Amazon, enter MURFREESBORO LITTLE THEATRE - and shop away.  You can do this all year long!  You will be surprised how quickly this will add up!  And it didn't cost you ONE EXTRA PENNY!

Coming October 1st!

What good is sitting alone in your room?

Banned Together: A Censorship Cabaret is a "one night only" annual celebration of the FREEDOM TO READ Saturday September 30!

In cooperation with the TN Chapter of the Dramatists Guild, 15 of YOUR performers will present selections from works that have been censored or challenged on America's Stages.

All Proceeds go directly to MLT!

MLT needs new lights.  Lights that will improve the quality of our shows (which, in our humble opinion, are the best in the Boro).  We need funds to make further improvements as well.  Those who have come to the log cabin know first hand the renovations to the lobby; additional improvements have been made to the plumbing and the structure as well. We could go on and on - but instead let's get right to the point.  The total goal for the lights is $6,000.  The total extra goal is $10,000.  That means during the 56th season we want to raise $16,000!  And since we raised almost $8,000 during the 50th celebration - we are now aiming for twice that.  And here is how WE are going to do it.

What paid off our ROOF will pay for these lights....and more!

During EVERY SHOW of the 56th season, audience members will get to cast a vote (and pennies, nickles, dimes, hundreds) for who YOU want to be King and Queen, Prince and Princess of MLT - AND this year, you get to vote for your favorite show as well.  The winners are crowned at the MLT awards in August.  And the voting begins with Hedda Gabler September 8th!

So, bring your change or checkbook or credit card, and crown your favorite!

Everyone already knows MLT has the best tickets prices in town!

BUT, MLT members only pay $5  - yes, FIVE BUCKS for their tickets.

For individuals an annual membership is $25
Couples - $40
Families - $50

And that is where the real savings can begin.

Even if you don't come to every show, you know that your support has placed a pup in a good home.

And if you know a BUSINESS that would like to join for as low as $100/year - contact us!

Look throughout the year for other ONE TIME events - and ways we will make it easier for you to invest in your home town community theatre.
Together, we can find those pups a home at MLT - help us MAKE IT happen!
