"Beware of Hootie Pie!"
And with that warning from maid Cassandra, the lives of three middle-aged siblings are hilariously changed forever. Vanya and Sonia live at the family home - alone, bitter, and frustrated - having spent the last 15 years caring for their elderly parents. Masha, a successful actress, returns for a visit with her latest boy toy in tow: Spike. Determined to sell the family home that she owns, the five time divorced Masha pokes, prods and pushes all the wrong buttons of adopted sister Sonia, while brother Vanya tries to maintain an unrealistic optimism and controlled calm in the midst of chaos.
Meanwhile, Spike Strips; Cassandra Conjures, and neighboring nymphet Nina add to the friction and fun as the "three sisters" comes to terms with life, loss & the burden of being named after Chekhov characters.
Winner of the 2013 Drama League, New York Drama Critic's Circle and Tony Awards, the comedy is directed by KT Turner, and runs two weekends, opening June 15th.
The production is rate PG-13 for some strong language.
